Netball clinics are a fantastic opportunity for aspiring players to learn new skills and or enhance existing skills from experts like Liz Ellis, Kim Green, Laura Geitz, Julie Corletto and Susan Pratley, whilst having loads of fun!

Held during the school holidays, the sessions are typically designed for players (boys and girls) aged 6-13 years and cater for all abilities. The cost of a clinic session can range between $35 – $120 (AUD).

To take part, all you need to do is register your child for a date and venue that best suits you. On the day, aim to arrive at least 20mins before the session starts so your child has enough time to verify themselves at the register desk and get settled. The groups are typically split based on age so your child will feel comfortable in this fun and safe environment. It is best for them to wear the same clothing and shoes they usually wear to netball training, something they can move freely in. We would recommend packing some morning tea and/or lunch (depending on the time and length of the clinic), water, sunscreen and a hat for protection. Parents can stay and watch or come back at the end to do pick up, it is up to you. Adequate supervision will be provided at all times so the mind can be put at ease.

There are lots of clinics available across the country and in New Zealand, some of which are listed below. We also recommend checking with your local club to see if they are organising any for the club/league.

The benefits your child will get from these clinics will be invaluable and the experience itself, memorable.
